		<description>Their hold time to speak to customer service is the most ridiculous hold time that I have experienced with any company!  And the comment about their customer service being overseas is correct!  I'm on the phone holding right now with a someone who is in India!  

They advertise their 1 cent movies for Valentine's day.  We just received a bill and when we tried to purchase a movie, the system didn't allow us to we paid it online and it started working. Today, after watching a few movies, it stopped working for no reason!  How dumb is this system?  So we called the customer service. I had to hold for 23 minutes just to get someone to come on the line!  I was on hold for 23 freaking minutes! It also looked like I called India.  So this person keep asking me the same question, over and over and over and over again! He puts me on hold constantly and keeps coming back, repeats himself quickly, saying the same thing I told him again and then put me on hold again!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!  By the way, I'm ON HOLD AS I AM WRITING THIS!

So finally I got so frustrated and told him that I want to talk to a supervisor and he's questioning me as to why! And it's clear he doesn't want to transfer me!

I hate it when they do that.  So his extremely smart explanation is "you just paid last night so it takes time for our system to process it".  So I told this genius that  if that was the case then why "your system" allowed me to watch movies right after I paid last night and it stopped for no reason today?

So after 35 minutes, I'm still holding!  Time Warner is simply the worst company ever.  Their customer service sucks big time. A bunch of untrained people who have no clue what they're saying or what they're doing. Their system is even worst. So unreliable and dealing with them is just plain stressful.

NOW IT'S BEEN 50 FREAKING MINUTES AND I'M HANGING UP!  UNBELIEVABLE!

THEIR 1 PENNY VALENTINE'S MOVIE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!  THEY STOP IT AFTER YOU WATCH 3 MOVIES!

Time Warner is nothing but a big scam. They put you on hold for 50 freaking minutes. The rep did not want to give me his employee number!  I findally got it and he said it's "T-U-D". God knows if that's true. I don' know what kind of a dumb employee number this is.

We have our Internet and cable with them and WE ARE DEFINITELY SWITCHING AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!

I also got an e-mail from a stupid time warner cable rep who obviously did NOT READ MY E-MAIL or anything I said and sent a general e-mail saying that there was no payment made!

what a joke! I got a confirmation of the payment online last night and their system allowed us to watch movies and now 24 hours later, they are saying there is no payment!

TIME WARNER CABLE IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE, UNORGANIZED COMPANY WITH THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.  NOT TO MENTION THAT THEIR 1 PENNY MOVIE FOR "VALENTINE'S DAY WEEKEND" IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!</description>

Bush's HUD Secretary Turns To Extortion
 
After Philadelphia's housing director refused a demand by President Bush's housing secretary to transfer a piece of city property to a business friend, two top political appointees at the department exchanged e-mails discussing the pain they could cause the Philadelphia director.
 
"Would you like me to make his life less happy? If so, how?" Orlando J. Cabrera, then-assistant secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, wrote about Philadelphia housing director Carl R. Greene.
 
"Take away all of his Federal dollars?" responded Kim Kendrick, an assistant secretary who oversaw accessible housing. She typed symbols for a smiley-face, ":-D," at the end of her January 2007 note. 
 
HUD Secretary Alphonson Jackson resigned this year as did Orlando J. Cabrera, then-assistant secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Some of these people are still in power at HUD! The culture of "shaking" people down, even with no specific accusation, just that "it is alleged that you are in violation of XXXX Code" (THE ACCUSER). No matter what your response is denying it, it does not matter. After their HUD Investigator (JUDGE and JURY), a subordinate of the HUD person that generated it, "investigates it". They then send a "Conciliation Agreement" also know as an Extortion Agreement (everyone I have known that has seen it, says "that's extortion". The extortion agreement states 1) Someone alleged something, we can give no specifics 2) You deny it 3) We can put this behind us for $4000 "donation" (EXECUTIONER), of which we (the Accuser) will approve to which HUD related group it will ultimately go...at least one on our list, plus you take classes for $250 a pop from a HUD affiliated Agency like ACORN or Fair Housing Council of OC (all the same shakedown network) 4) You agree that you were not coerced to pay this and you are not admitting wrong doing 5) If you agree and pay, you agree to not discuss when anyone 6) If you don't pay the we will continue the process of dragging this out and moving to a situation where a lawyer will cost you more 7) Also if you do decide to pay up, you have to promise not to talk. They tshut you up if you don't pay and shut you up if you pay.
 
The CORE of the problem lies at HUD. The National Fair Housing Alliance does not police it and HUD is corrupt. Having them either of them police it IS THE FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE!
 
My recommendation is to contact Ex HUD Secretary Jack Kemps Office at Kemp Partners in Washing DC - KempPartners.com. Kemp and other ex-HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros have proposed a new HUD Enforcement group to be created and then work with the new Secretary Shaun Donovan. Will this take the ability to shakedown from the current HUD and HUD Affiliates, and put it in the hands of those trained to respect individual rights and laws? The Affilates are not trained in Constitutional Rights, and if they are trained in law, then write the Bar Association in your state. Or will it further embolden these thugs? 
 
I would also recommending going to Google Blog Search. Do a search on every key work you can and see who is talking about it. Speak up even if anonomously. Tell your story, state your views. Contact your elected officials, and contact writers and reporters. 
 
The controversial ACORN is one of these shakedown groups, HUD sponsored and if you watched CNN Lou Dobbs last week, you would have seen the ACORN 8. The ACORN 8 are actually trying to get to the truth about embezzled funds, and ACORN actually morphing into 200 other organizations under different names but all just like these little HUD shakedown affiliates. If you think it is bad now, the future scenario is frightening. There needs to be a Congressional Hearing about these HUD and HUD Affiliate shakedown practices. And also, how many of these small HUD recipients (that we pay for with are tax dollars) are related. Are there many in one or another state that are actually run by the same people. Like the hundreds that the ACORN 8 say exist, which can be confirmed seaching Sec State records.</description>

		<description>Just switched to everest because of time warner poor service and high pricing I am saving $800 a year and have one more free dvr included and voicemail on phone Iwas paying for turbo with time for years with only just above a 56k modem speed they rewired my house 3 times finally sent out a person the other day who figured out all the wires in my neighborhood were eaten up by squirels they replaced those still didn't have a good signal was way better than before though now they blame it on my TV's well I hooked up my dish network out of my RV and low and behold excellent picture well I am working with my neighbors to have time warners crappy wires removed from our neighborhood and they will be out next week to get them out of my house and off my property.</description>
		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just switched to everest because of time warner poor service and high pricing I am saving $800 a year and have one more free dvr included and voicemail on phone Iwas paying for turbo with time for years with only just above a 56k modem speed they rewired my house 3 times finally sent out a person the other day who figured out all the wires in my neighborhood were eaten up by squirels they replaced those still didn&#8217;t have a good signal was way better than before though now they blame it on my TV&#8217;s well I hooked up my dish network out of my RV and low and behold excellent picture well I am working with my neighbors to have time warners crappy wires removed from our neighborhood and they will be out next week to get them out of my house and off my property.</p>

Great idea, sure got a lot of potential to become a real nice addition to WordPress. Two tiny remarks though, which might confuse users not that good with coding and stuff.

First, the ZIP archive I downloaded expanded to a folder "ez-faq" while the plugin refused to install if it wasn't in the folder "ezfaq". 

Second, the tag you describe in your documentation should be , not . People with just a little coding experience will know this, others might not. I made the "mistake" of just copying and pasting the code from your documentation, which didn't work either.

Summing up, you seem to have an general issue with dashes. ;-)

For the rest; please keep them coming. I really like these easy add-ons without all the bells and whisles which make using WordPress so much more fun.</description>

		<description>All I wanted to do was pay my CABLE bill online. Apparently we signed up for their payXpress (my ass) over a year ago when we had a simple peoplepc account, so now I can't remember my payXpress user name and password when I click remind me it dosen't recogize my current roadrunner (unfortunately) email, but if I put in my old people pc account it asks for my secret question and then says it emailed my password to my now closed inaccessible email account. So I make the poor choice of calling them. I was transfered/told to call 10 different people over 2 hours and Every Freaking one of them was conserned about my email account. I just wanted to pay my cable bill but one guy went in to my email accounts and changed my passwords even though I kept saying, it's not my email, leave my email alone, I just want to pay my cable bill. I ask one idiot, "Can't you just clear me out of payXpress like I never signed up, let me start over" I got "Well Mam, it may seem as simple as 1-2-3 to you but it's not that simple, you would have to take your modem back to the office...." I have to return my modem to pay on a website? one guy wanted the number on the back on the modem, if I was using XP or Vista????????  NOONE could comprehend this wasn't about my internet connection! 
They have a cable monopoly here too. we've been forced to have them for cable for as long as I remember. Personally been a cable customer for over 15 years, had roadrunner internet for less than a year and THEY WOULD NOT ASSIST ME IN PAYING MY BILL. I WAS VERY CLEAR and they kept guessing my user name should be my MASTER username. I DIDN'T HAVE MY ROADRUNNER EMAIL WHEN I MISTAKENLY SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE. It was totally beyond their comprehention. No kidding 10 people.</description>
